29.1 Transaction Code Logo Maintenance - Create

This topic describes the systematic instruction to Transaction Code Logo Maintenance - Create option.

Using this option, the System Administrator can create a new transaction code–logo mapping by associating a transaction code with a logo. The administrator can create multiple mappings and assign logos to different transaction codes as required.

To create a transaction code logo:

1. Navigate to the above path.
   The Transaction Code Logo Maintenance - Create screen appears.
2. Click Create.
   The Transaction Code Logo Maintenance - Create screen appears.

   Note:

   The fields which are marked as Required are mandatory.

   For more information on fields, refer to the field description table.

   Field	Description
   Transaction Code	Specify the unique transaction code for which the logo mapping is to be created.
   Transaction Code Description	Specify the description of the transaction code to help identify its purpose.
   Transaction Code Logo	This field allows the user to upload a logo associated with the transaction code using drag-and-drop or file selection.

3. In the Transaction Code field, enter the unique code for the transaction.
4. In the Transaction Code Description field, enter a description for the transaction code.
5. In the Transaction Code Logo field, upload the logo by dragging and dropping a file or selecting a file from your system.
6. Perform anyone of the following actions:
   • Click Save to save the transaction code logo details.
   • Click Cancel to cancel the transaction.
   • Click Back to navigate to the previous screen.
7. Click Save to save the details.
   Perform anyone of the following actions:
   1. The Review screen appears. Verify the details, and click Confirm.
   2. Click Cancel to cancel the transaction.
   3. Click Back to navigate to the previous screen.
   The success message of Transaction Code Logo Maintenance saved successfully appears along with the transaction reference number.
8. Click OK to complete the transaction.
