3.6.1 Query Duplicate Message Browser

This topic provides the systematic instructions to query duplicate message browser.

User can query the list of duplicate messages using the Duplicate Message Browser Summary screen with functions for search.

Specify the User ID and Password, and login to Homepage.

1. On the Homepage, type GWSPBROW in the text box, and click the next arrow.
   The Summary screen is displayed.

   Specify the criteria (Message Reference Number, External System, Service Name etc) for duplicate messages. The Search Result list displays the messages that matches the query.
2. On Duplicate Message Browser Summary screen is displayed, specify the fields.
   For information on fields, refer to Table 3-13:

   Field	Description
   Advanced	Click Advanced to specify queries with logical operators such as AND, OR and NOT.
   Reset	Click Reset to empty the values in the criteria fieldsto begin a new search.
   Query	After specifying search criteria, click Query to view the list of results that matches the search criteria.
   Refresh	Click Refresh to refresh the list of results.
