Status Workflow

Each rule moves through a defined set of statuses as it is created, registered, and published.

• Draft - Creating a rule and working through Define Rule, Define Segment Scope, Select Segment Attributes, and Define Header and Line Mapping.
• Ready for Register - The Rule hasn't yet been registered with Accounting Hub.
• Registered - Once Upload AHCS template is complete and the rule's SLA is successfully registered with Accounting Hub. The rule has not yet been published.
• Available - The rule has been published. It is live and runs on its PMF pipeline.
• Deleted - Only rules which are in Draft status can be deleted. A rule that is in Ready for Register, Registered, or Available can no longer be deleted.
