Rejecting a Record With 2 Factor Authentication

You can reject the modified record if the modified records are incorrect and if you have the necessary role assigned to you. A different user with the necessary role can then modify the records again, and then submit the record for approval.
Before you Begin
The role DMIDATREJ (Data Entry Reject) must be assigned to you if you want to reject a record for Data Entry.
Procedure
  1. 1. To reject a record in Awaiting status, perform the following steps: Click Menu button in the required Forms Definition from the Data Reporting - Data Entry page.
  2. Click Edit.
The Entity Details page is displayed. The modified records that are awaiting for the final approval are displayed here.
Select the required record, and then click Reject.
  3. Enter the required comment in the Comments field, and then click Reject.
A unique code is sent to the registered email ID of the authorized user who has logged in to approve the valid records. The unique code is valid only for 90 seconds. If you have not received the unique code or the unique code is invalid, click Resend in the unique code entry page, to receive a new code.
  4. Enter the unique code and click Submit.
The record is rejected, and the status is changed to Draft. A user with the necessary role can now edit the record.
