Deleting an Exception
To delete an existing exception for a case from the Assignment Rule Editor, follow these steps:
- Select the user role in the Role Based Assignment Limits Editor.
- Click Add Exception.
- Select the user you want to modify the exception for from the drop-down list.
- Click Delete. The Confirmation dialog box displays the message: Are you sure you want to delete the selected exception?
- Click OK to delete the rule. The system removes the exception and redisplays the Alert Assigner Editor.
