To Define Bindings in a Row

To define bindings in a row, follow these steps:

1. Click the Bindings tab.

   The Edit Pattern Row dialog box, which contains the Bindings tab fields displays.

2. Type the name of the variable to be bound to the selected row in the Name field. The specified attribute must be in all of the previously selected datasets.
3. Click the drop-down in the Binding Type field to select whether you want the row to be bound before or after matching the constraint (refer to Defining Bindings Tab Properties for a Row, for more information).
4. Type additional information you want to associate to the selected row in the Comment field.
5. Click Add.

   You have successfully added binding conditions to your row.
