5.6.10 Using Security Tab

About Security Tab

The Security tab displays information about the alerted securities that are associated with this case. Information is captured for a broad range of securities, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, options,and futures.

The following tasks are performed using the Security tab:

• View and analyze the list of securities that are associated with the case
• Retrieve the security details
• View and analyze the market daily profiles that are associated with the security
• View and analyze the firm daily profiles that are associated with the security

List of Securities

The List of Securities section provides information about all alerted securities that are associated with this case. You can also add, search, view, delete, and export the security details by clicking the respective icons available in the List of Securities grid. These actions are recorded in the case Audit History.

To add a security record to the case, follow these steps:

1. Click the Add icon in the List of Securities grid.

   The Add Security page is displayed.

2. Search the record using any of the fields:
   • Security ID: Use one or multiple IDs separated by commas.
   • Security Name: Only single name search is allowed. You can also use wildcard search.
   • ISIN: Use one or multiple IDs separated by commas.
3. Click Search.

   The corresponding records are displayed in the List of Securities grid.

4. Select one or multiple records and click the Add icon.

Viewing Security Details

To view more details about the alerted security, follow these steps:

1. Select the check box associated with the security in the List of Securities.
2. Click View Security Details.

Viewing Market Daily Profiles

The Market Daily Profiles section provides information about the daily trading activity across all markets for this security.

Viewing Firm Daily Profiles

The Firm Daily Profiles section provides daily summaries of trading activity across the financial institution for this security.
