About Trade Finance Tab

This tab displays the information of trade finance activities, which were the reason for creating the case. This is available only for TBAML Case type.

The Trade Finance tab has the following sections:
  • Letter of Credit Contract: details the list of credit contracts associated with the selected case.
  • Documentary Collection Contract: provides the information of the documentary collection contract details.
  • The following tasks are performed using the Trade Finance tab:
    • View and analyze the list of trade finance contracts and documentary collection contracts associated with the case
    • View and analyze the individual credit/collection details
    • Allows to export the Letter of Credit contract and Documentary Collection Contract details to Excel or CSV format
    • Viewing Current Information of Letter of Credit Contract. For more information, see Viewing Current Information.
    • Viewing Current Information of Documentary Collection Contract. For more information, see Viewing Current Information.

Managing Letter of Credit Contract Details

This section allows you to view and analyze the trade credit details of the selected TBAML event.

Viewing Letter of Credit Contract Event

This section contains the details of the Trade Finance Contract that are either issued or received by the Oracle client.

This identifies the following details:
  • Type of trade finance contract (that is, letter of credit, guarantee, shipping guarantee, and reimbursement)
  • Various life cycles of a trade finance contract, such as issuance of a contract, amendments to a contract, or cancellation of a contract, captured as events
  • Relationships to other trade finance contracts such as the import letter of credit associated to a guarantee
  • Terms, conditions and details of a trade finance contract
  • Details of a transferred letter of credit

Viewing Letter of Credit Contract Good/Service

This section contains the details of the individual good or service involved during a specific event of the life cycle of a trade finance contract.

Viewing Letter of Credit Contract Party

This section contains details of the individual party involved during a specific event of the life cycle of a trade finance contract. Each contract may be associated to one or more parties.

Viewing Letter of Credit Contract Document

This section contains the details of the individual document involved during a specific event of the life cycle of a trade finance contract. Each contract can have one or more documents.

Managing Documentary Collection Contract Details

This section allows you to view and analyze the documentary collection contract details of the selected TBAML event.

Viewing Documentary Collection Contract Event

This section contains the details of the documentary collection contract that are either issued or received by the customer. This file identifies the following details:
  • Terms, conditions, and details of a documentary collection contract.
  • Various life cycles of a documentary collection contract, such as booking of a contract, amendments to a contract, refusal of a contract, or cancellation of a contract captured as events.
  • Operations on a documentary collection contract such as Advance, Discount, Purchase, Negotiation, and so on, which are captured through a modification event.
  • Payments and charges associated with a documentary collection contract.

Viewing Documentary Collection Contract Good/Service

This file contains the documentary details of the individual good or service involved during a specific event of the life cycle of a documentary collection contract.

Viewing Documentary Collection Contract Party

This section contains details of the individual party involved during a specific event of the life cycle of a documentary collection contract. Each contract may be associated to one or more parties.

Viewing Documentary Collection Contract Document

This section contains the details of the individual document involved during a specific event of the life cycle of a documentary collection contract. Each contract can have one or more documents.
