8.4.4.3 Delete Status

To delete an existing status, follow these steps:
  1. Click Open Open icon to view the Ask Oracle page.
  2. Click Admin menu. The Investigation Hub Administration page is displayed.
  3. Click Workflow Designer link. The Workflow Designer page is displayed.
  4. Click Status tab. The Status page is displayed.
  5. Select the status and click Delete Status Delete Status. The Delete Case Status? dialog box is displayed.
  6. Click Delete to delete the status. This will permanently delete status and it cannot be recovered.
