This algorithm generates the hold request information string which appears throughout the application. It concatenates the following fields separated by a comma in the specified order:

1. Hold Request Type Description

2. Entity Level (i.e., Person, Account, or Bill)

3. Hold Request Status Description

4. Hold Request ID
