Duplicate Entity

The Duplicate Entity zone allows you to view the duplicate records of various entities within a specific date range. It contains the following sections:

  • Search Criteria - The Search Criteria section contains the following fields:

    Field Name Field Description Mandatory (Yes or No)
    Entity Used to search the duplicate records which belong to a particular entity. The valid values are:

    • Bill Segment

    • Billable Charges

    • Membership

    • Membership Person

    • Policy

    • Policy Plan

    		 No
    Start Date Used to search the duplicate records for an entity which are effective from a particular date onwards. Yes
    End Date Used to search the duplicate records for an entity which are effective till a particular date. Yes
    Note: You must specify at least one entity while searching for the duplicate records.

  • Search Results - On clicking the Search button, the search results appear based on the specified search criteria. The Search Results section contains the following columns:

    Column Name Column Description
    Bill Segment Displays information about the duplicate bill segment with the Frozen status and the Show on Bill flag set to True for the same membership and price item combination with the same or overlapping date range.
    Note:

    It has a link. On clicking the link, the Bill Segment screen appears where you can view the details of the respective bill segment.

    This column appears when the Bill Segment option is selected from the Entity list.
    Membership Displays information about the duplicate membership.
    Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Membership Information screen appears where you can view the details of the respective membership.
    Start Date Displays the date from when the entity is effective.
    End Date Displays the date till when the entity is effective.
    Price Item Indicates the duplicate price item which is directly associated with the plan to which the membership belongs.
    Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Price Item screen appears where you can view the details of the respective price item.
    Current Amount Displays the duplicate adjustment amount.
    Note: This column appears when the Bill Segment option is selected from the Entity list.
    Billable Charge Displays the duplicate billable charges with the Billable status for the same membership and price item combination with the same or overlapping date range.
    Note:

    It has a link. On clicking the link, the Billable Charge ID screen appears where you can view the details of the respective billable charge.

    This column appears when the Billable Charges option is selected from the Entity list.
    Creation Date Displays the date when the duplicate billable charges is created.
    Note: This column appears when the Billable Charges option is selected from the Entity list.
    Create Date/Time Displays the date and time when the duplicate entity is created.
    Policy Displays the duplicate policies with the In Force/Active status where the policy number and source system are same, and the policy date range is either same or overlapping.
    Note:

    It has a link. On clicking the link, the Policy screen appears where you can view the details of the respective policy.

    This column appears when the Membership or Policy or Policy Plan option is selected from the Entity list.
    Policy Plan Displays the duplicate policy plans with the Active status where the plan number, policy number and source system are same, and the policy plan date range is either same or overlapping.
    Note:

    It has a link. On clicking the link, the Policy Plan screen appears where you can view the details of the respective policy plan.

    This column appears when the Membership or Policy Plan option is selected from the Entity list.
    Health Plan Displays the duplicate health plan.
    Note: This column appears only when the Membership option is selected from the Entity list.
    Person Displays the information about the duplicate persons who have been added in the membership two or more times with the same or overlapping date range.
    Note:

    It has a link. On clicking the link, the Person screen appears where you can view the details of the respective person. In addition, this column has a context menu which helps in navigating to other screens in the application.

    This column appears when the Membership or Membership Person option is selected from the Entity list.
    Member Person Status Indicates the status of the duplicate person in the membership. The valid values are:

    • Active

    • Inactive

    • Canceled

    • Pending Effectuation

    Note:

    By default, the Active option is selected.

    This column appears when the Membership Person option is selected from the Entity list.
    Relationship Type Indicates how the main subscriber is related to the membership.
    Note: This column appears when the Membership Person option is selected from the Entity list.
    Policy Number Indicates the policy number.
    Note: This column appears when the Policy option is selected from the Entity list.
    Source System Indicates accounts of persons that are linked to policies originated from a particular external system.
    Note:

    The list includes only those source system which are already defined in the system.

    This column appears when the Policy option is selected from the Entity list.
    Plan Number Indicates the plan number of the policy.
    Note: This column appears when the Plan Number option is selected from the Entity list.
    Note: Pagination is used to display limited number of records in the Search Results section. You can use the navigation links, such as Previous and Next to navigate between pages.
