Membership Not Billed

The Membership not Billed zone enables you to view all the memberships which are due for billing for the specified month and year but are not yet billed on the accounting date as per the respective account’s bill cycle. It contains the following sections:

  • Search Criteria - The Search Criteria section contains the following fields:

    Field Name Field Description Mandatory (Yes or No)
    Month Used to search the memberships which are not billed for a particular month. Yes
    Year Used to search the memberships which are not billed for a particular year. Yes
    Membership Category Used to search the memberships which are not billed for a particular membership category. The valid values are:

    • Group Membership

    • Individual Membership

    		 Yes
    Sponsor Account Used to search the memberships which are not billed for a sponsored account. The valid values are:

    • No

    • Yes

    		 No

  • Search Results - On clicking the Search button, the search results appear based on the specified search criteria. The Search Results section contains the following column:

    Column Name Column Description
    Membership Displays information about the membership.
    Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Membership Information screen appears where you can view the details of the respective membership.
