Search File

The Search File zone allows you to search for a file using various search criteria. It contains the following two sections:

• Search Criteria - The Search Criteria section contains the following fields:

  Field Name	Field Description
  File Name	Used to search for files having a particular name.
  File Status	Used to search for files which are in a particular status. The valid values are: Approval Pending Complete Error Pending Reject
  File Request Type	Used to search for files which are uploaded using a particular file request type.
  External System	Used to search for files which are uploaded from an external system.
  File Business From Date	Used to search for files from the legacy system that are uploaded on or after a particular date.
  File Business To Date	Used to search for files from the legacy system that are uploaded on or before a particular date.
  File Upload From Date	Used to search for files that are uploaded on or after a particular date.
  File Upload To Date	Used to search for files that are uploaded on or before a particular date.
  Ready for Archival	Used to search for files which are ready to be archived.
  File ID	Used to search for a specific file.

• Search Results - On clicking the Search button, the search results appear based on the specified search criteria. The Search Results section contains the following columns:

  Column Name	Column Description
  File ID	Displays the unique identifier assigned to each uploaded file.
  File Name	Displays the name of the file.
  File Request Type	Displays the file request type using which the file is uploaded in the system. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Request Type screen appears with the details of the respective file request type.
  Status	Displays the current status of the file. The valid values are: Approval Pending Complete Error Pending Reject
  Go To Batch Run Tree	Displays the batch and batch run number associated with the file. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Batch Run Tree screen appears with the details of the executed batch.
  Pending Records	Displays the number of records which are in the Pending status for a particular file. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Record Details screen appears with the details of the records which are in the Pending status.
  Processed Records	Displays the number of records which are in the Processed status for a particular file. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Record Details screen appears with the details of the records which are in the Processed status.
  Error Records	Displays the number of records which are in the Error status for a particular file. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Record Details screen appears with the details of the records which are in the Error status.
  Retry Records	Displays the number of records which are in the Retry status for a particular file. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Record Details screen appears with the details of the records in the Retry status.
  Ignore Records	Displays the number of records which are in the Ignore status for a particular file. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Record Details screen appears with the details of the records in the Ignore status.
  Skipped Records	Displays the number of records which are in the Skipped status for a particular file. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Record Details screen appears with the details of the records in the Skipped status.
  In Progress Records	Displays the number of records which are in the In Progress status for a particular file. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Record Details screen appears with the details of the records in the In Progress status.
  Records with Retry Limit Exceeded	Displays the number of records which are in the Retry Limit Exceeded status for a particular file.. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Record Details screen appears with the details of the records in the Retry Limit Exceeded status.
  Total Records	Displays the total number of records in the file. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Record Details screen appears with the details of the records in the file.
  Records Marked for Archival	Displays the total number of records selected for archival in the file.
  File Business Date	Displays the date on which the file was uploaded from the legacy system.
  File Upload Date Time	Displays the date and time on which the file was uploaded or staged in the ORMB system.

In addition to the above columns, File Archival Update button appears just before the above columns.

You can filter the list using various search criteria (such as, File Name, File Status, File Request Type, External System, File Business From Date, File Business To Date, File Upload From Date, File Upload To Date, Ready for Archival and File ID) available in the Filter area. By default, the Filter area is hidden. You can view the Filter area by clicking the Filters () icon in the upper right corner of this zone or by clicking the Expand Filter button available above the File Archival Update option.

On clicking the Broadcast () icon corresponding to a file, the various zone (such as, File Upload Failure Reason, Successfully Uploaded Record Summary, File Record Status Summary, File Error Messages List, File Header Detail and File Footer Detail) appears with the details related to a respective file.
