Search Data Extract Request

The Search Data Extract Request zone allows you to search for a data extract request using various search criteria. It contains the following two sections:

• Search Criteria - The Search Criteria section contains the following fields:

  Field Name	Field Description	Mandatory (Yes or No)
  Data Extract Code	Used to search for data extract requests which are created through a particular data extract request type. Note: You must specify a data extract request type which is already defined in the system.	No
  File Name	Used to search for a data extract request through which a particular CSV file is created.	No
  Extract Date	Used to search for data extract requests which are created on a particular date. Note: You can either manually specify the date or select it using the Date Picker () icon corresponding to the field.	No
  Status Code	Used to search for data extract requests with a particular status. The valid values are: SUCCESS INPROGRESS ERROR	No

• Search Results - On clicking the Search button, the search results appear based on the specified search criteria. The Search Results section contains the following columns:

  Column Name	Column Description
  Data Extract Code	Indicates the data extract request type using which the data extract request is created.
  File Name	Indicates the CSV file that is extracted through the data extract request type.
  Extract Date	Displays the date when the CSV file is extracted.
  Failed Records	Indicates the number of records which could not be successfully extracted from the system.
  Success Records	Indicates the number of records which are successfully extracted from the system.
  Status	Indicates the status of the data extract request. The valid values are: SUCCESS INPROGRESS ERROR
