Editing a Member Adoption Business Rule

Procedure

To edit a member adoption business rule:

  1. Search for the member adoption business rule in the Business Rule screen.
  2. In the Search Results section, select the check box corresponding to the member adoption business rule and then click the Edit button.
    Note:

    You can edit multiple member adoption business rules at once by selecting the check boxes corresponding to them and then clicking the Edit button.

    You can edit the member adoption business rule only when it is not yet used in the system.

  3. Click Edit.

    The Member Adoption Business Rule screen appears. It contains the following fields:

    Field Name Field Description Mandatory (Yes or No)
    Criteria Description Indicates the criteria for the member adoption business rule.
    Note: By default, this field is non-editable.
    Not applicable
    Effective Date Used to specify the date from when the business rule is effective.
    Note: You can either manually specify the date or select it using the Date Picker (The Date Picker Icon) icon corresponding to the field.
    Yes
    Status Used to indicate the status of the business rule. The valid values are:
    • Active

    • Inactive

    No
    Gift Days Applicability
    Gift Days
    Notice Rule Applicability
    Notice Rule Days
    Adoption Notice Rule Calculation
  4. Modify the required details of the member adoption business rule.
  5. Click Save.
    The changes made to the member adoption business rule are saved.
