Kitchen Display Detail (Quick Service Restaurant)

Description

The Kitchen Display Summary report is a kitchen performance report that consists of pie charts, a bar chart, and a table that show orders sent to a kitchen display system. The report includes selectable parameters by location, revenue center, prep time, and station. This report is for quick service restaurants.

Permission: Kitchen Performance.

Data Retention Category: Transaction and KDS Details. See Data Retention Limits for more details.

Specialized parameter: Click Edit Parameters and then use the Advanced option for Other. You can use the Group by field to change how the report groups data on the page. You can group data by:

Station and Prep Time
Revenue Center, Station, and Prep Time
Revenue Center, and Station
Prep Time and Station

Report Tags

Simphony, RES 3700, Inclusive Tax, Add On Tax, and Quick Service.
