Kitchen performance report that shows order count metrics.

Description

The Kitchen Performance report consists of a pie chart, stacked bar chart, and table that show order counts by time. This report is for restaurants with add-on taxes.

Permission: Sales and Operations and Kitchen Performance.

Data Retention Category: Transaction and KDS Details. See Data Retention Limits for more details.

Specialized parameter: Click Edit Parameters and then use the Advanced option for Other. You can use the Group by field to change how the report groups data on the page. You can group data by:
  • Revenue Center, Station, Day Part, and Quarter Hour

  • Revenue Center, Station, Hour, and Quarter Hour

  • Location, Station, Day Part, and Quarter Hour

  • Location, Station, Hour, and Quarter Hour

  • Location, Revenue Center, Station, and Quarter Hour

Simphony, Add On Tax, Inclusive Tax, Table Service, and Quick Service.
