Taxes (Inclusive Tax)

Description

The Taxes report is a daily detail report that consists of a multi-KPI tile and a table that show taxes collected, taxable sales, and other tax data. This report is for restaurants with inclusive taxes. This report is not a standalone report, you must drill down into this report from one of these top-level reports: Daily Operations, Daily Operations Summary, or System Financial.

Permission: Sales and Operations.

All Tax Collected	Currency	Total monetary amount of tax collected.
Tax Collected on Menu Items	Currency	Monetary amount of tax from menu items.
Tax Collected on Service Charges	Currency	Monetary amount of tax from service charges.
All Sales Net VAT	Currency	Monetary amount of sales net VAT.
Non-Taxable Sales	Currency	Sales that are not taxed.

Metric	Data Format	Description
Total Row	Variable	The top row of the table shows totals for each metric.
Tax Name	String	Tax name.
Taxable Sales	Currency	Sales that are taxable.
All Tax Collected	Currency	Monetary amount of tax collected.
Percent of Total Taxes	Percent	Individual tax as a percent of total taxes. Calculated as tax collected divided by total tax collected.
Taxable Sale Net VAT	Currency	Taxable sales net VAT.
Tax Percent	Percent	Tax percent. Calculated as tax collected divided by Sales net VAT.

Report Notes

Daily Tax Totals and Daily Taxes by Tax Type do not get filtered by day part or order type.

All Tax Collected amount includes taxes from taxable service charges and taxable menu item sales.
