Grant Access to Solutions and Reporting Data

  1. On the Application Settings tab, grant access to other Food and Beverage solutions.

    If your enterprise is provisioned for MICROS Payment Cloud Service, select the appropriate role from the Payment Role drop-down list. You must have the Add/edit payment role in order to see this option.

    If your enterprise is provisioned for MICROS Simphony Inventory, select the appropriate role from the Simphony Inventory Role drop-down list. You must have a Simphony Inventory role with administrative permissions in order to see this option.

    If your enterprise is not provisioned for a solution, the tab does not display the drop-down list for that solution.

  2. From the Revenue Center Filter drop-down list, select the revenue centers for which the person can view reporting data.

    Consider the person's role within the enterprise when selecting revenue centers. For example, if you are adding a store manager, select only the revenue centers at the location where the manager works.

  3. Click Update.
