Reassign Revenue Center

Required system privilege: Add/Edit Accounts.

To reassign a revenue center to another account, the original account must be assigned to the same account holder as the new account.

  1. In Payment Cloud Service, click the Accounts tab, and then click Reassign Revenue Center.
  2. In the Move From area, select the Account Holder, select the Account, select the Location, and then select the Revenue Centers you want to reassign.
  3. In the Move To area, select the Account to which you want to reassign the revenue centers.
  4. Click Reassign.

    Note:

    You can also reassign a revenue center by navigating to the Account Holders tab, clicking the account holder from which you want to reassign a revenue center, click Accounts, click Reassign Revenue Centers, and then follow Steps 2 to 4.

The revenue center will have a pending status until the reassignment is complete, and then the status updates to active.
