Define Payment Privileges

Define and place limits on what each Payment role can do.

Must have the Payment Administrator option to grant privileges to other roles. Alternately, you can allow a role to administer another role and assign only the privileges that they themselves have access to. See Add a Payment Role for more details.

  1. In Reporting and Analytics, click the side navigation menu, click Administration, and then click Roles.
  2. In the Payments area, click the role you want to update.

  3. Click Privileges and select system privilege options. Make sure to select the privileges that best meet the business needs of the user. Do not select privileges that give users access to more functionality than they need.

  4. Click Save and Close or Save.
