View Network Diagnostics

  1. Press and hold down the 9 and the green o button.
  2. Enter the admin PIN, which is provided by Oracle Support.
  3. Press the green o button.
  4. Tap Network on the screen.
    This image shows the admin menu with options for network, software, config, transactions, and reboot.
  5. Press 6. Diagnostics.
  6. Press 1. PSP connection.
    If successful, you can view the diagnostics. If it failed, see Terminal Network Settings.
  7. To exit, press the red x three times to get back to the Admin menu.
  8. Press the red x to exit the Admin menu.
