Accept a Chargeback

Confirm a chargeback.

Required system privilege: Accept Dispute.

1. In Payment Cloud Service, click the Disputes tab.
2. Click the reference number for the dispute you want to accept.
3. Click Accept.
4. Review the chargeback fee message and then click Accept.
