Configuring a Touchscreen Button to Pick Up Checks by Order Channel

You need to configure a button for workstation operators to pick up open checks by order channel on the POS client device.

  1. Select the Enterprise, property, revenue center, or zone, click Configuration, and then click Page Design.
  2. Open the page on which to place the pickup check by order channel button, and then on the Edit tab, select the page area in which to define the button.
  3. Click Button.
  4. To configure a pickup check by order channel button:
    1. On the General subtab, select Function from the Type drop-down list
    2. Click the black arrow directly beneath the Type drop-down list, select the function Pickup Check From List Prompt Order Channel, and then click OK.
  5. Enter a Legend for the button, and then position and size the button on the page.
  6. Click Save.
