Configuring Touchscreen Buttons for Order Channel Selection
You need to configure buttons for workstation operators to change the order channel on the POS client device.
- Select the Enterprise, property, revenue center, or zone, click Configuration, and then click Page Design.
- Open the page on which to place the order channel buttons, and then on the Edit tab, select the page area in which to define the buttons.
- Click Button.
- To configure a check order channel button:
- On the General subtab, select Order Channel from the Type drop-down list
- Click the black arrow directly beneath the Type drop-down list, select an order channel from the list, and then click OK.
- Enter a Legend for the button, and then position and size the button on the page.
- Click Save.
- Repeat Steps 3 through 6 to configure more order channel buttons.
