6 Mobile Order and Pay Setup

You can set up one location at a time or configure multiple locations using bulk actions.

Before You Start

Before connecting Mobile Order and Pay, make sure your Simphony configuration is ready. This helps ensure orders flow correctly and reporting works as expected.

Setup Checklist

Verify that the following items have been configured in Simphony:
  • Order Type for mobile orders
  • Service Charges (tips, delivery fees if applicable)
  • Discounts (promotions and offers)
  • Tender for Mobile Order and Pay transactions
  • Employee Number for order processing
  • Menu Tag for items available in Mobile Order and Pay
  • STS Gen2 Workstation enabled and configured
  • RVC Address entered
  • Images uploaded (banners and order acceptance images)
  • Oracle Payments configured (required)
