• Oracle Services for Microsoft Transaction Server (MTS) for your Oracle Client version
• Oracle Data Provider (ODP) for .NET version 4.122.19.1

Services

The Distributed Transaction Coordinator service must be running. The service provides transaction support for Central Designer database operations.
