Data Series Editor—Field descriptions

Field	Description
Item	Name of the item that has been added to the selected data series.
Form	Indicates the forms that are included in the mapping of the item to the data series. {All}—The item is always mapped to the data series, on every form, in every study, and in the library. [Form names]—The item is mapped to the data series only when the item appears on the listed forms. [blank]—The item is not added to the data series.
Study Event	Indicates which study events are included in the mapping of the item to the data series. {All}—The item is always mapped to the data series, on every form, in every study, and in the library. [Form names]—The item is mapped to the data series only when the item appears on the listed forms. [blank]—The item is not added to the data series.
State	Indicates if the association between the item and data series is currently mapped. Mapped—The item is mapped to the data series. Unmapped—The item is part of the data series but is not mapped to the data series for the study. You might add an item to a data series but not want the mapping to exist in a particular study.
Labels	All specified values for custom data dimensions.
