Specifying a schedule
For the synchronization connection, you can select an existing named schedule, create a custom schedule, or not schedule the synchronization. If you do not define a schedule for the synchronization connection, you must manually run the synchronization. For more information, see Starting a synchronization manually.
To select a schedule or define a new schedule for a synchronization connection:
- Select the type of schedule that you want for the synchronization connection.
Note: When specifying a schedule for synchronization connections, make sure that you don't schedule more than one initial synchronization to run at the same time. Doing so causes a failure.
- Complete the fields on the page, and click Next.
The CIS Synchronization Connection Wizard - Summary wizard page appears.
