Overview of managing email notifications
You can configure CIS Administration to send email notifications to specific email addresses if a synchronization fails or a processor goes offline. The text of the notification is the synchronization error message.
To manage email notifications, you use the Notifications tab of the CIS Synchronization Adapter page.
From the Notification tab, you can:
- View a list of email addresses.
- Add a new email address.
- Edit an email address.
- Disable all email notifications.
- Remove an email address.
- Send a test email message.
You can also set global values that apply to all notifications. For more information, see Viewing and changing global synchronization connection settings.
