Remind multiple participants to view their test results

Oracle COVID-19 Patient Monitoring System sends test results to participants. You can also remind many participants at once to view their vendor-reported test results.

When you send a reminder about test results, everyone who received test results within the time window you select receives the message, including participants who have already viewed their test results.

To remind multiple participants at once to view their test results:

1. Along the top, select the Participants tab.
2. Below the row of tabs, select Bulk Actions. Then select Re-Send Test Result Emails from the drop-down menu.
3. In the Re-Send Test Results dialog box, select a value from the Initial Test Result Sent More Than drop-down list.
   For example, to send a reminder to participants who received their initial test results two days ago, select 2 days ago. To send a reminder to participants who received their initial test results a month ago, select 1 month ago.
   The Recipients field shows the number of participants who receive reminders.
4. Select Send Test Result Emails.

The system sends a reminder within a few minutes. If the participant receives emails, the system uses the email address used in the Caregiver Test Results Reminder or Participant Test Results Reminder template.
