Remind a participant to view their test results

After a lab vendor sends test results to Oracle COVID-19 Patient Monitoring System, the system sends messages to participants so they can view the results. You can also send reminders to participants to view their test results.

When you send any reminder about test results, a participant who already viewed their test results still receives the message.

Note:

To send a reminder about test results to multiple participants at once, see Remind multiple participants to view their test results.

To remind a participant to view test results:

1. Along the top, select the Participants tab.
2. In the list of participants, locate the participant to remind.

   Tip:

   You can find a participant by typing their name, external identifier, or email address in the filter above the list of participants.
3. Select the participant's name.
4. Below the participant's name, select Send Test Results Reminder. (You only see this option for participants with vendor-reported test results. Scroll to the COVID-19 Tests section to see if the participant has vendor-reported test results.)
5. Select Send Test Result Emails.

The system sends a reminder within a few minutes. If the participant receives emails, the system uses the email address used in the Caregiver Test Results Reminder or Participant Test Results Reminder template.
