Resend invitations to multiple participants

You can resend invitations to participants who did not respond to their previous invitation.

To resend invitations to multiple users:

  1. Along the top, select the Participants tab.
  2. Below the row of tabs, select Bulk Actions. Then select Re-Send Invitation Emails from the drop-down menu.
  3. In the dialog box, select a value from the Initial Invitation Sent More Than drop-down menu.
    For example, to resend invitations to participants whose initial invitation was sent more than a month ago, select 1 month ago.
    The Recipients field shows the number of participants who receive the invitations.
  4. Select Send Invitation Emails.
The system sends the invitations within a few minutes. If the participant receives emails, the system uses the email address used in the Caregiver Account Created or Participant Account Created template.
