Resubscribe a participant

An unsubscribed participant must call the organization's help desk if they want to resubscribe. Then, the help desk agent can resubscribe them.

After you resubscribe participants, they start receiving requests for completing daily updates.
To resubscribe a participant:
  1. Along the top, select the Participants tab.
  2. In the list of participants, locate the participant who wants to resubscribe.

    Tip:

    You can find the participant by typing their name, external identifier, or email address in the filter above the list of participants; or you can filter by participants with the Unsubscribed status using the filters on the left.
  3. Select the participant's name.
  4. Below the participant's name, select Re-Subscribe Participant.
  5. In the Re-Subscribe Participant dialog box, select Re-Subscribe.
The participant status changes to the status they assigned before unsubscribing. The participant also starts receiving the daily requests to complete a daily update.
