View InForm Comments

You can view item and form level comments entered in InForm on DMW's Default Listings UI as well as track the review progress in DMW by marking the comments as reviewed.

An indicator column at the front of the Listings grid uses a speech bubble icon to show at the row level that there are InForm comments available to view. Hovering over the speech bubble icon in an individual cell displays a small window where you can quickly view the comment. When the speech bubble icon is green, it means that a DMW user has reviewed the comment.

You can search for Listings records with InForm Comments by using the following Advanced Filter options:

• Has Form Level Comment
• Has Item Level Comment
• Comment Change Date

When a data point is selected, the right-hand panel displays an expandable InForm Comments section. If an entire row is selected, all comments (both item and form level) are shown in the InForm Comments section. If only the cell containing the commented data point is selected, the panel shows the item level comment.

You can mark an InForm comment as Confirmed (reviewed) by clicking the circular checkmark icon in the InForm Comments section of the right-hand panel.

InForm Comments are only available in Oracle DMW when the IRV_CUR_COMMENT and IRV_CUR_USER views have been loaded for the InForm study.
