View the history of an action

You can view the history of actions you created and actions you have permission to see from your work teams.

  1. In the left navigation pane, click the Topic Management icon (Topic Management icon).
  2. Select the Actions tab.
  3. Click an action's Row Action menu (Row Action menu icon) and then click View or Edit.
  4. From the left menu, click History.
    The table displays changes to general information for the action. A new row is added to the table each time you click Save in the action's General Information section.
