Days Incomplete from DOV	Data type: Numeric Description: The number of days the status of an incomplete form has been incomplete, beginning with the recorded date of visit. How calculated: This calculation begins on the recorded date of visit on the form and ends on the most recent date that the status of the form was set to Incomplete. Data source: Derived and stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
