In the Reference section, System Configuration page topic, updated the description of the Automatically answer manual queries option to include information about the Deleted state.

In the Reference, Rights required for typical study activities section, Query rights topic:

In the 2nd to last row in the table, which lists the required rights needed to Reissue an answered query in the Opened state so that it is visible to the site, replaced the incorrect statement that the user must be a member of the same query group as the user who originally created the query.

Users are only required to be in the same query group when they are attempting to move a query to a closed state (from open to closed OR from answered to closed).

Updated the document part number to reflect a new documentation publishing system.
