Updated the Post-installation tasks section:

• Updated Create a bcprovpkix-1.59.jar file dummy jar file in the Cognos Analytics installation.
• Removed the "Copy the latest Cognos-specific JAR file" topic as bcprov.jar doesn't exist in bin folder in Cognos 11.2.4 and there is nothing to rename.
• Added a new step 1 in Run first-time setup on the Cognos server.
