Add Attachments

If your Patient Portal include message options, you can add up to five files in PNG, JPG, GIF, DOC, or XLS file format with a size of 50 MB or smaller as an attachment.

To add an attachment to a message:

1. While writing a message as described in Write Messages and Start Conversations or Reply to Messages, select Add Attachment .
2. Follow your device's instructions to find and select the file you want to attach. After selecting one or more attachments, each attachment's name is displayed at the bottom of the message.

To remove an attachment, select Remove (X) next to the attachment you added.
