Add Attachments
If your Patient Portal includes message options, you can add up to five files in PNG, JPG, GIF, DOC, or XLS file format with a size of 50 MB or smaller as an attachment.
To add an attachment to a message:
- While writing a message, select Add Attachment
. - Follow your device's instructions to find and select the file you want to attach. After selecting one or more attachments, each attachment's name is displayed at the bottom of the message. To remove an attachment, select Remove (X) next to the attachment you added.
- Select Send. The completed message is displayed. The attachment is displayed in the conversation with the filename and time it was sent.
