Reply to Messages

If your Patient Portal includes message options, you can reply to any message you receive.

To reply to a message:
  1. From the Inbox dashboard, select a message
  2. Enter your response in the Enter Message box.
  3. Optionally, select Add Attachment Add Attachment to attach a file. See Add Attachments for more information about adding attachments, including file requirements.
  4. Select Send Message. The message and file name (if an attachment was added) is displayed next to the time the message was sent.
