Reply to Messages
If your Patient Portal includes message options, you can reply to any message you receive.
To reply to a message:
- From the Inbox dashboard, select a message
- Enter your response in the Enter Message box.
- Optionally, select Add Attachment
to attach a file. See Add Attachments for more information about adding attachments, including file requirements.
- Select Send Message. The message and file name (if an attachment was added) is displayed next to the time the message was sent.
