6 Messages
Depending on your organization and settings, your Patient Portal might include options for you to view, write, reply, and forward messages. You can also add attachments such as files or photos.
Messages and responses are organized into conversations (also called message threads or chats). Conversations are a helpful way to communicate with your providers about instructions, test results, and details about your care.
Note:
Messages are displayed for the currently selected profile only. If you manage profiles for others, select the Switch Profile menu (your name) at the top of the page to switch another profile. See Switch Health Profiles as an Authorized Representative or Caregiver in Patient Portal for more information.Select Open Messages

Depending on your organization and type of account, your patient portal may include the ability to send messages to your providers. Remember to allow up to three business days for a response. Do not use messaging for urgent matters. Call 911 if you are experiencing a medical emergency. - Add Attachments
