Switch Profile Menu
If you are an authorized representative (proxy user) who has access to other connected profiles, you can use the Switch Profile menu to switch to those other profiles.
If you are an authorized representative connected to multiple profiles, you can switch profiles anytime:
- Select the Switch Profile menu (name) at the top of the page to display a list of connected profiles you can access.
- Select the name for the profile you want to switch to. The patient portal refreshes to show the Today dashboard for that profile.
- After you switch profiles, you can view person's health record and manage their care, for example, schedule appointments, view vaccine history, request refills on prescriptions, and more. - When you are ready to return to your own profile, select the Switch Profile menu and select your own profile again.
Note:
If you sign out while viewing another profile, the next time you sign in you are returned to your own profile. Select the user's profile from the Switch Profile menu to return to that other profile.Parent topic: Overview of Oracle Health Patient Portal Cloud Service
