Navigation Menu in Patient Portal
The navigation menu allows you to access the different parts of your patient portal. This button and menu may look different to you depending on the device and method you use to view the patient portal.
In desktop views, the navigation menu may be automatically displayed for you. For other views, you may need to open the menu to view it.
If the menu is not already displayed, you can open it by selecting the menu button. This button may be displayed as three horizontal lines
in the upper-left corner of the page, or as a Home icon
in the lower-left corner of the mobile app, but you may see this button differently.
Select the navigation menu button to see the list of navigation items available to you. These items may differ based on your access levels and organization. See the topics in this guide for more information about each feature.
