1 Overview of Oracle Health Patient Portal Cloud Service
Oracle Health Patient Portal Cloud Service (Patient Portal) allows patients and their authorized representatives (proxy users) to perform patient-related tasks such as managing and sharing their health record, scheduling appointments, refilling medications, and messaging providers.
Depending on your organization and account type, you might have access to the following features:
- Access Logs:
- View access logs with information about who has viewed your health record pages.
- Bill Pay: See and pay an outstanding balance.
- Diary: Enter daily details to track your health journey and write notes for your provider.
- Health Record:
- View your health record, including any allergies, test results, vital signs, and immunizations entered by your provider or care team.
- Download and share your entire health record or individual health record encounters.
- Have protected health records with confidentiality and sensitivity settings applied based on patient relationships and protected age of minors.
- View a connected family member's health records, and download and send it on their behalf, using an authorized representative (proxy user) relationship.
- Medications: View a list of medications, and request refills and renewals for prescriptions.
- Messages
- Send and receive messages with your provider or care team.
- Send a message on behalf of a connected family member as an authorized representative.
- See requests for prescription refills and renewals.
- Profile:
- Review and update personal details, such as marital status, ethnicity, preferred language, and contact information.
- Add or update up to three insurance providers and responsible parties.
- Update your list of emergency contacts.
- Settings: View settings to change the language displayed in Patient Portal.
- Visits:
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
- Add appointments to a list of favorites, and book favorite completed appointments again.
- Schedule an appointment with a provider you have visited previously.
- View clinical notes and visit summaries for appointments you've completed.
- Preregister for an appointment and identify that you have arrived for an in-person appointment.
- Schedule an appointment for a connected family member as an authorized representative.
