View the Patient Portal Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

You can access the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy for Patient Portal at any time. Additional legal documents, such as end-user license agreements may be available. This information can change depending on the requirements of your organization and country.

To access the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy after you sign in to Patient Portal:

1. From the navigation menu, select Settings. The Settings menu is displayed. From the Settings menu, select Legal.
2. Select Terms of Use or Privacy Policy to be redirected to a web page that provides you with the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy information for your organization.

   Resources may be displayed in a new browser tab. Open the previous tab to return to Patient Portal. See your browser's Help for more information.
