Delete an Account
Deleting an account deletes the identity and access management associated with your Oracle Health Patient Portal account.
Note:
Deleting your account does not remove your electronic health records. To delete health records, contact your provider.To delete your Patient Portal account:
- Select Ask Oracle
to display the Ask Oracle site map and page search.
- Select your avatar (or initials) at the top of the Ask Oracle menu to display the User menu.
- From the User menu, select Settings. The Settings page is displayed.
- Under Manage Account, select Delete Account.
- Select Delete to confirm that you want to delete your account.
An error message will be displayed if you try to sign in to the account you deleted.
You can re-enroll at any time.
