Manage Settings and Preferences in Patient Portal
You can update your account settings anytime.
To manage your user settings: From the navigation menu, select Settings. The Settings menu is displayed.
The Settings menu includes the following options:
- Personal Details: Select your name to display your personal details, including your phone number, and email address. See Edit a Profile and Personal Details in Patient Portal for more information.
- Financial: Manage your guarantor and insurance. See Manage Financial Details in Patient Portal for more information.
- Sign-in and Security: Update your password and other information. You will need to verify your email address to access this page. See Sign-in and Security Settings in Patient Portal for more information.
- Preferences: Update your preferences, such as your display language. See Change the Display Language in Patient Portal for more details.
- Access Logs: View the access and updates made to your account. See View Access Logs in Patient Portal for more information.
- Legal: View the privacy policy and Terms of Use for your organization. See View the Patient Portal Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for more information.
- Help: Access helpful resources available to you. See Get Help and Support in Patient Portal for more information.
- Deactivate Account: Request the deactivation of your account. See Deactivate a Patient Portal Account for more information.
To return to the main Home menu, you may need to select the Back arrow (<) at the top of the menu.

This information can change depending on the requirements of your organization and country. - Get Help and Support in Patient Portal
Help and support resources are available to you any time. - Deactivate a Patient Portal Account
Deleting an account deletes the identity and access management associated with your patient portal account. This action closes your Patient Portal account, but it does not delete your provider's electronic health record. Contact your provider's office to permanently remove your electronic health record.
