Edit a Profile and Personal Details in Patient Portal

You can view your personal details, such as address and phone number, in your account profile.

To view your profile:
  1. If you manage multiple connected health profiles, optionally switch to a different health profile.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Settings. The Settings menu is displayed.
  3. On the Settings menu, select the name or profile image (or icon). Your personal details are displayed.
  4. Select Edit to edit your details. You may be able to update some information, such as your name or telephone number. For details you cannot edit, contact your provider's office to make any changes.
