Manage My Profile
You can access your profile from the Ask Oracle menu. If you are currently viewing the account of another person, profile details will be specific to that person.
You can view the following details in your profile:
- Personal Details
- Financial details (including financially responsible and insurance)
- Relationships (including emergency contacts)
The information you enter is always stored securely and safely.
- Manage Personal Details
You can view and edit your profile's personal details (also called demographics) from the User (Switch Profile) page and also when you register or check in to an appointment. For any details that are read-only, request updates to your personal details when you visit the office in person. - Manage Financially Responsible Party
The financially responsible party (also called a guarantor) is the person who is responsible for paying for any health visits. This person might be yourself or an authorized representative. - Manage Insurance
You can save time at your appointments by adding your insurance information to your profile. - Manage Emergency Contacts
You can add an emergency contact to your profile to ensure that healthcare workers know whom to contact when you need support or cannot speak for yourself.
