Home and Ask Oracle

Home with Ask Oracle is a home page as well as a way to find or browse to pages on the site. You can also use the Ask Oracle search box to find what you want.

Select Ask Oracle to display the Home with Ask Oracle site map and page search.

If you are an authorized representative managing someone else's account, this page displays only the sections available to that account.

The Ask Oracle menu, also called a home page, may include:

• Today Dashboard: A quick overview of current tasks and appointments that need your attention.
• Schedule a New Visit: Schedule a new upcoming appointment. Once scheduled, appointments are displayed in Visits.
• Inbox Dashboard: Send messages to your provider and care team, and read their responses.
• My Health Dashboard: See the details of your health record, including your visits. You can download and share your health record using the buttons on this page.
• Visits: View a list of upcoming and past visits with your provider. Select a visit to see its details and to check in.
• View Test Results: View a list of your test results, as noted by your provider, and track any trends over time.
• Medications: View an list of active and past medications, as noted by your provider, and request to refill or renew your current prescriptions.
• View Vital Signs: View a list of your vital signs, as noted by your provider, and track any trends over time.
• View Immunizations: View and optionally print a list of immunizations noted by your provider.
• View Allergies: View a list of allergies noted by your provider.
• View Procedures:View a list of your procedures, as noted by your provider, and track any trends over time.
• View Health Conditions: View the list of active and resolved health conditions noted by your provider.
• View Documents: View relevant documents, such as visit summaries.
• View Social History: Add your social history details to your health record.

• Send a Health Record: View and send all or part of your health record with a provider.
• Download a Health Record: View and download all or parts of a health record to your device as a Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA) document.
• Patient Diary: Enter daily details to track your health journey.
• Manage My Profile: View and update your profile, including personal details, financial information, and emergency contacts.
• View Access Logs: View a list of actions performed by you or your authorized representative in the health record.
